VeraTime is a ski race hand-timing app operated by Next Dimension Fun. This policy describes the information VeraTime handles for race-day timing and support.

Information We Handle

• Race setup details such as race names, start lists, bib numbers, and timing roles.
• Timing records, corrections, and exported race results created by race crews.
• Account identifiers when a race director chooses Apple, Google, or email recovery.
• Optional email addresses when someone explicitly opts in to VeraTime updates.

How We Use Information

We use this information to run races, recover race director access, generate results, support the app, and send product updates only when someone opts in.

Storage and Retention

VeraTime uses Firebase services for authentication, race data, functions, and storage. Race-radio audio, when used, is designed for short-term race-day support and scheduled cleanup.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Race data may be shared by the race creator or crew through app exports or result-sharing workflows.
